The actual interviews were very good. Detailed, not the usual run of the mill DSA questions. They actually tested the knowhow and field knowledge. Since the position was for a particular area, I was tested in depth about that. I had a phone screening (which I didn't think I did too well, but I went through).. followed by 3 detailed technical interviews with US folks. There was a basic manager round in the start as well. The interview scheduling I feel can be improved upon. The recruiters need to inform the candidate the focus area before each interview.
