I went through the phone and onsite interviews. The interviewers and HR were nice and very friendly. However, I felt they were not very respecting candidates. I did the onsite about 2 weeks ago. Between these 2 weeks, HR kept telling me the onsite interview feedback looked nice and positive via email/phone call. Yesterday midnight, HR wrote a mail and mentioned he would set up a call today at 9:30am with me to tell me the final results. However, I waited for 10 minutes and didn't get his phone call. I called back to him around 9:40am and he told me they decided to move on to another candidate.....He sounded like he totally forgot he set up a 9:30am phone call with me....... Well.....I know they are all good people. However, I felt they didn't respect my time....I think this firm might have a bright future, but please do respect candidates...Thanks!
