Applied thru their website. Got HR call in first week and after that following phone interview with hiring manger. in 3rd and 4th week got two onsite interviews and finally the offer but I didnt accepted.
In my initial call HR asked me about my current salary and once I answered then she told me that`s their max budget for this position. My straight response was that then dont count me in.. but some how she came back saying they would like to move forward with interview process. Once all interview finished they offer me package which is lower then I was getting currently. HR was trying to explain me that it cost $20,000/year for company for your health benefits and vacation policy and that is you can also consider as package..such a foolish selling skills.
Advise to management that If you want a smart talent to Hire then prepared to spend some money otherwise you will get what you deserve with that money. Also stop westing smart candidate`s time if you cannot afford them.
