Extremely positive vibe and had very candid conversations/discussions with genuine corporate professionals. The interview experience had been absolutely seemless and quick amidst the furlough period and HR Deepa had been really prompt. The complete interview experience was amazing.

Know what you already have previously worked on and be confident on the same. Don't be diplomatic, show the genuine side of yourself and just to have a human to human connect. The interview is going to be a great experience.

Interview
The interview process is seamless, but the HR and Hiring Manager ask you about your current CTC and tell you that its on the higher side, but if you clear the technical round they come back to you and tell you that they did not get approval and they cannot hire you.
Why not take approval before proceeding with the candidate and not spoil someones time and effort.
