Question 1
What are your deciding factors for joining Nutanix?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (Durham, NC) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process is well structured, a total of 4 interviews all together with HR recruiters, hiring managers and technical staff. The important part is to answer some technical questions from the actual team members. Those questions are very practical and wisely designed, some of them can be quite tricky. The process can take 3 to 4 weeks. The recruiters are great in keeping track of things. In fact, everything is recorded online including all the email exchanges with the candidates. I was well informed throughout the entire interview process.

Very rude recruitment team. Note to the HR team, don't allow recruiters to treat applicants the way they do. In IT the average tenure is 2 years. Extremely disrespectful to demand I explain my "short employment history" first thing. Why even call me?
1/10 - rude and unprofessional
