I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of an HR suitability screening, which to my surprise, did include an initial assessment of my technical and teaching suitability. After clearing that step, I went through two technical assessments by members of the training team I would be joining. My interview process was accelerated a bit, due to the matching of my skillset with the job requirements. I went on-site to meet with members of the product team, as well as the training manager and other members of the training team, as well as presenting a demonstration teach of a technical nature. My final two interviews were with the management of the team I would be supporting, to ensure that they felt I would be an asset to their teams as well. Once these were completed, I received the offer the next business day.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nutanix (Bengaluru) in Dec 2024
