The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including an initial recruiter screening, a hiring manager discussion, and several technical interviews. The technical rounds focused on distributed storage systems, Linux internals, troubleshooting, Python automation, test design, and scalability challenges. The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable. Many questions were based on real-world scenarios involving storage clusters, debugging production issues, and designing automated test frameworks. There was also discussion around Ceph, file systems, performance bottlenecks, and cross-functional collaboration. The overall process was thorough but fair and gave candidates a good opportunity to demonstrate both technical depth and practical problem-solving skills.

Recently interview with Nutanix and the overall process was standard. It consisted of 4 rounds, 1 HM, 2 DSA and 1 Design. It was medium I would say, main focus being DSA and design has it's own importance. Through explanation of DSA problem is required, including implementation and explaining time and space complexity

1 tech coding screen once passed another tech screening, HM talk, and two system design rounds. HR does not give a lot of information about what to expect. Overall not too difficult, focus more on system design. If you are not Indian they will not hire you.
