The recruiter is nice and works to help position you for the role. It was a pleasant experience. Nothing really bad to say about the process. I think they were looking for someone more established in the industry.

Then interview with regional sales director and the hiring manager, I was also offered to speak with existing members of staff in the same roll. After I must have done well as the process was a bit simplified and shortened for me.
