I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nutanix (Durham, NC) in Dec 2024
Interview
First was a short call with a recruiter talking about next steps. If no expedite or referral, OA is first, then matched with a team. First round is more technical with an engineer on the team. I didn't receive a coding question and my interviewer was more focused on problem solving and my interest in the projects they had to offer. I've heard others get medium level hashmap, string/array, or trees but it just depends on the team and your interviewer.
Second round is a behavioral and "team fit" with the hiring manager of the team. Mainly serves as a point to ask a ton of questions about the team, company, and what potential projects they can put you on. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and the process took about a week.
