I had 7 interviews over a 10 week period, variety of levels of structure and challenge, positive feedback throughout from the hiring manager, including unsolicited emails before some of the interviews, then asked to make a presentation to 5 people (4 had been part of the previous interviews) on my strategy and ideas for the role, background and why I want the role. I got zero feedback from the presentation, just a comms from the recruiter saying they were going with the internal candidate. I emailed the hiring manager requesting some brief feedback given the effort I had made, he's not responded.
