Total Disconnect between HR,Interviewer and profile explained to candidate.The HR told that your skills are total match...interviewer told that your skills are not the total match...seems the guys were confused..good that process didn't move forward..All in all my suggestion is before you conduct any interview,please discuss it with techinal pannel and accordingly go ahead...Confusion results in wasteing of time of candidate...
