I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview went over 6 steps:
- first phone screening with HR
- interview with the hiring manager
- interview with the Account Manager I would have worked with
- technical interview with an SE in the same team
- panel interview with different managers, where it was asked me to give a complete presentation over myself, a topic of my choice and a comprehensive description of my plan for the role I was applying for
- final interview with the global manager
Overall the process was difficult, but apart from the panel interview which required me a lot of preparation, the other steps were mainly behavioural. I was not asked detailed technical questions, however during each interviews we had time to go over many sales and technological details to evaluate my knowledge of those topics, as well as the market the position was targeting, and on my capacity of being able to expose them in a simple way.
