The overall experience was very positive. The people responsible for scheduling interviews are very fast and responsive, they respond very quickly and are available to candidates. The process consisted of a short interview with a Talent Advisor, 3 technical interviews of an hour each and an interview with a technical manager. All interviews were very pleasant, very cool and exude a friendly spirit. Technical interviews consist of theoretical questions related to the applied position and coding task.

Subsequently, I proceeded to the managerial round, focused on managerial and interpersonal aspects. This phase allowed me to interact with the senior manager, discussing my professional background, experience, and how my skills aligned with the managerial requirements of the position. The overall coordination and communication throughout the process were commendable, contributing to a positive interview experience.
