It took months and three applications to get a call from a recruiter. I had three interviews for a new hospital opening in Wisconsin, and the local person called and asked me to submit a business plan. Then she called me and verbally offered me the job, stating HR would send the offer letter. That never came, and two weeks later after being strung along, I got an email from HR stating they already filled the position!! The local person ghosted me after I tried reaching her, and HR brushed it off as miscommunication as they were still conducting interviews. What a horrible way to treat someone. Terrible communication between the local hospital and corporate, and seemingly incompetent. What's worse is that they made me send them my business plan and they'll use my ideas without even hiring me. I would not recommend them.
