Interview
I had 5 interviews; last two with the CEO/Owner. Protracted process but everyone was really nice. I think that at the time it was going through a major transition which has brought it to where it is now.

Question 1
A lot of holistic/opinion-based questions regarding my ethos and worldview. Then lots of decision making/ project mgmt type stuff. But owner was really heavy handed on the globally conscious/self aware hypotheticals that just didn’t draw parallels (in my mind) to performing the job tasks objectively well.
