The interview process was fairly easy. The interview itself felt more like a conversation, and the two women I interviewed with were very nice and easy to talk to. Overall a pleasant experience!

Very extensive and lengthy process that took 2 months. First round with internal recruiter. 2nd round with hiring manager. 3rd round with two potential coworkers. 4th round with VP. Then after the 4th round the recruiter kept dangling the prospect of the role saying he would have a decision by EOD but kept extending the deadline. Finally a week later I was informed that they moved forward with someone else but if anything should happen, I would be notified. This was a very tedious process that seemed way too lengthy for what the role entailed. Then the way the recruiter addressed the team’s decision & relying that decision to me was a red flag for if I should even want to work for the company.
