My process was a few interviews over the course of a couple of weeks. Questions were easy. I thought I did well, but then got an automated rejection email. When I reached out to the recruiter for feedback- she ghosted me. I asked if there was anything that I could have done better in case I applied again in the future. Zero reply. This made me feel like weeks of my time were wasted, and still wonder why I was rejected. In addition to this, my first video link was sent incorrectly. I got an email saying I no showed when I was in the meeting, when I responded to that email- I did get an apology and a new link. Do better San Diego.
