Had one initial screening video call. The interviewer seemed like she could care less about the call but overall it went fine. The following week I get a reply that they have decided to move forward with another candidate who better aligns. Totally fine - except the next day they repost the job listing for the role… I just wished they had been transparent about the fact that I was not a good fit instead of saying they found someone else when they clearly hadn’t.
