Interview
Series of phone interviews. First with HR, after that with the person who would be my immediate supervisor and lastly with his supervisor. The interview had some technical questions, but it was mostly a behavioral interview.

Question 1
Please describe to me what this company does, in a way that someone with no knowledge of the industry would understand.
Inititally applied online. Got invited to a phone screen with the recruiter. This was followed by an additional interview with a VP and Associate on the team. The interviews were more behavioral and were tailored to why I wanted to join the team and company. Whole process took about a month and was efficient.
contacted for assessment centre and then had some interviews with some senior members of staff, very friendly and enjoyable and not that stressful. a group case too. had to work with others and it was enjoyable
