The Interview process was staged into 2 separate parts; one with HR and one Departmental. Both were relatively laid back as the company will want to get to know you as well as understand how your experiences align with their interests. Sometimes if you don't have the most experience, it isn't the end of the world (mainly concerning interns).

It was great, the people at O'Reilly really are very nice and approachable. They just ask you the regular interview questions for this position. If you want the job you just need to be qualified and confident.
