Following initial screening I was contacted for a phone interview. The recruiter was running late for the interview so we started about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. At the end of the phone interview I was invited to undertake an online assessment. I never heard back from them! I clearly underwhelmed them! I e-mailed them back to say thank you for the interview and that they had obviously chosen to move forward with another candidate. To thank them once again for their time & wish them continued success with their company. They didn't even e-mail back. I wouldn't take my experience as a negative directly associated to the company its values and its culture. I still see the brand very positively and their founder very inspiring. I take my experience as a negative experience with that individual working for the company and their inability to manage their time and candidate follow up.
