Interview
The HR process was quite involved and seemingly diligent in its approach. It consisted of a HR phone interview a skills test, (time limit flexible, completed off-site), technical panel interview, 1:1 interview with Delivery manager, HR phone interview, Panel interview with Senior staffers. Long story short, it was a long process and at the end of 6 hours investment, the verdict unfortunately was that I needed more experience.
