Question 1: Tell us why you want to work for OC&C.
Question 2: (Roughly) A manager comes to you asking if you can help finish running some numbers for someone off sick, what do you do?
Question 3: (Roughly) A luxury skin care brand with a focus on sustainably-sourced and botanical ingredients has seen a recent slight dip in revenue, suggest one way they could revitalise their main product range.
Question 4: (Roughly) A pet care company has recently entered the North American market. They have noticed an opportunity to hit the sustainable pet care market. Suggest one product offering they could add to their range.

pretty chill. very case heavy, not a lot of behaviorals (although still be ready with a few story plus tell me about yourself and why). Cases were a lot of thinking and the interviewers were so nice and really seemed to care
