Interview
Two back to back cases, each 30 minutes long. Pretty standard case questions. First interviewer was great. Second one was blatantly on her phone the entire time and looked very uninterested. Clearly did not listen to anything I had to say and even corrected me by repeating what I had just said. Very disappointing interview, and I realized that the second interviewer had already accepted another job and planned to leave OC&C. Terrible attitude and extremely poor reflection on the company.

pretty chill. very case heavy, not a lot of behaviorals (although still be ready with a few story plus tell me about yourself and why). Cases were a lot of thinking and the interviewers were so nice and really seemed to care
