It's a day long process whereby you have 2 case interviews in the morning and you are called at lunch time whether you are successful and you proceed to a further 2 interviews in the afternoon. I received 2 case interviews with 2 different interviewers in the morning. They were both wholly focused on market sizing questions and lasted approximately 30 mins. I noticed they had a mark scheme and were more receptive should you satisfy specific criteria. If however you are coherent and reasonable they will try to guide you in the right direction with reservation. A fellow candidate had a completely different experience and explained he was actually facilitated through a business case for a hotel company with declining revenue (something I would have much preferred). At lunch were taken for coffee with some recent new hires. They were friendly and told us about recent projects and how their first few weeks went. After we were called and I was not successful to the afternoon round. I was able to claim some travel expenses and feedback is available over the phone within a week or so. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I certainly didn't feel I was assessed completely. I think one case study with a character interview would help them select appropriate candidates rather than brainteasers and mental arithmetic. There is no group exercise to assess your teamwork, no presentation to assess your communication and public speaking and no character interview to assess your personality and motivations. It's something to be aware of as I have been successful in other firms quite comfortably but if you excel in case interviews this may be the place to apply.
