Interview
I was recruited. First I sent in a blurb, then spoke over the phone with a HR person from within. I was invited to take three assessments: two 20-minute verbal and mathematical assessments, then one chart-based multiple choice case study. The final 'rounds' actually consist of a full day of both first and second round interviews: 2 case studies (with behavioral questions at beginning) lasting 30 minutes each in the morning. After the break, they presumably call you in for two more and then deliver a final verdict. If you don't pass (I didn't)then you find out halfway through the day and are free to leave. The overall process was pleasant, team was really nice and I liked the company culture.

pretty chill. very case heavy, not a lot of behaviorals (although still be ready with a few story plus tell me about yourself and why). Cases were a lot of thinking and the interviewers were so nice and really seemed to care
