Cover letter and CV was submitted anonymously, this was followed by a required 20 question maths test with a practise test prior. Candidates were filtered by this process. I was invited to in-person interview in London, travel costs covered up to £100. Two case interviews each lasting 20minutes, they were lovely. Then taken out for a drink in a small group with young associates we could ask questions and given a £5 digital voucher for Starbucks. Over Lunch we were called if we got through to the next round, I did and this was more case interviews With more senior partners.

The HireVue questions were not too challenging. There were a few cases we had to complete but I personally find that that I was pressed for time as there was a timer during the preparation stage.
