Applied online, 2015. Initial online tests were numerical and verbal reasoning alongside OC&C's own case study style test. Invited to interview day. Two 30 minute interviews, 5 minute introductions then case studies. First was un-structured, they didn't want you to write anything down just to talk through the problem. Second was a more typical case study interview.

pretty chill. very case heavy, not a lot of behaviorals (although still be ready with a few story plus tell me about yourself and why). Cases were a lot of thinking and the interviewers were so nice and really seemed to care
