Interview
Following CV & cover letter application, an online maths / logic test, then a repeat of this in person. Milkround interviews for me were all over the course of one day - 2 case studies in the morning, a break for lunch with a callback, then back for another case study with more senior staff in the afternoon.

Traditionally it's case studies, but I was warned in advance of my last interview that the partner concerned had an unconventional approach. the key question was 'so what have you been f***ing around at' which was with hindsight a very valid question. :-)

pretty chill. very case heavy, not a lot of behaviorals (although still be ready with a few story plus tell me about yourself and why). Cases were a lot of thinking and the interviewers were so nice and really seemed to care
