I applied online, submitted a standard application form first (CV and cover letter), then was invited to take online tests almost 3 months later, including a numerical and verbal reasoning test, but also a case study one. I was then invited to interview a week and a half later, where I had some first round interviews with two different members of the team. The first was asking about myself briefly, then a case study. The second was a longer (30 minutes) case study, starting with a market sizing question then moving on from there. We then went for coffee with some staff members, who didn't all seem that keen on the job itself. I didn't get through to the second round of interviews but couldn't say I was too gutted/surprised - most of the people there were doing economics/maths/similar at university, whilst I'm not. It was also very male dominated (about 1/6 females), reflecting their one female partner somewhat.
