Interview
Everybody at OC&C was very friendly and helpful. They really tried to make us feel at ease.
The assessment process itself was long, with 2 interviews in the morning ( with Consultants/Managers) and other 2 interviews in the afternoon (with Partners). The competition was very strong as everybody was either Oxbridge or LSE/Imperial, but this seems to be the norm in the industry.

Helpful. gave lots of resources beforehand and gave a buddy before to ask questions to and help you. Interviewers were kind and calm. Gave a zoom meeting before which made me feel more comfortable.
