Not great. Last minute cancellations - impacting my travel plans. The interviews themselves, were disorganised, with no clear structure. I had multiple and felt one well structured and organised interview would have been more valuable for both parties.

A rather lengthy interview process that looks to see if you are the right fit and not necessarily your experience is a major factor. 3 interviews all in all, with different sets of people.
