OC&C Strategy Consultants interview questions

1. HV with two motivation questions and two short case questions. Numerical assessment (quite standard if I remember right) 2. First round one icebreaker -> cases 3. Second round some motivation and CV questions -> cases Cases were less rigid than typical examples you might find online (i.e. more conversational). Initial selection came a month after submitting HV, but turnaround was quick from there. Enjoyable process, gave a good feeling about starting at the company!
