Applied online. One brief phone interview with HR followed by 2 in person interviews.
I was offered the position about a week after my final interview. The offer made was decent but ultimately low for my level of experience and pay history. I was told there was wiggle room with the final base salary by the director I spoke with and I subsequently mentioned, to this same director, a salary range more in line with my experience and pay history (9-15% higher). After I provided this range, the director said the benefits were great and I should have a look at them before we had our final salary discussion. Two days later and after I examined detailed benefits, I was eager to have our final salary discussion. That discussion never took place. Rather, I received an unexpected and short e-mail from the director I interviewed with letting me know they couldn't meet my request anywhere in my range and wishing me the best of luck going forward. In other words, they had pulled the offer entirely without us ever having a followup discussion.
Hoping to rectify what seemed to be a miscommunication, I sent an e-mail to the director to clarify the range I provided was more in line with my pay history and what other local companies are paying and was not a concrete requirement for me to accept an offer. Several days later I received an e-mail back from the same director saying OCHIN didn't want to start a business relationship out on the wrong foot with such a gap in pay expectations.
I found OCHIN's mixed messages during this process incredibly unprofessional and behavior surrounding salary negotiations boarderline irrational. I have honestly never in my career had such negative experience while interviewing with a company.

Not a good experience. Had a phone interview with a recruiter and a Zoom interview with a hiring manager and both went well. I was told to expect an invitation to a team interview the next week and it was never set up. I was not kept informed and actually thought I was being ghosted, after no response to multiple emails over a few weeks. Finally, after several weeks, I was called and told that the position had been filled. So, I didn't even get a fair chance to complete the interview process. I would totally understand if I made it to the end and they went with someone else but I didn't even get the chance. I had been excited at the possibility of working there but now I'm not sure I want to even try. I thought my experience was very unprofessional.

I applied online and the process took about 4 weeks. I was invited to three rounds of interviews (first with the Sr. Recruiter, next with the Hiring Manager and a couple of team members, and a final round with the Hiring Manager and Senior Leadership.) Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was professional and informative, yet not stuffy or overly formal. They gave me an accurate description of the position and working at OCHIN. They took turns asking "Tell me about a time..." types of questions, all very applicable to the position I was applying for. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I knew I wanted the job after round one, so I'm thankful that I was eventually offered it!
