Interview
4 rounds of interviews, first a screening meeting with head of people ops followed by an interview with 2 current CS leads, next round was with the CTO and CPO and final round with the CCO and CEO. I enjoyed all the meetings and the team makes you feel comfortable by keeping it as a dialogue to find a good fit rather than a Q/A process.
