OEC Group Human Resources interview questions

I submitted my application and heard back not too long after. The email asked for a phone interview ended up being pretty standard. I went in for an in-person interview. The interview was rather disappointing. All of the questions and what we discussed was exactly the same as the phone interview. It seemed like a waste of time. About a week and a half later, they asked for another in-person interview. I was put off by the bland nature of of the two associates interviewing me, and the large open layout with cubicle desks lacked any sort of spunk. I declined to come back.
