Recruiter from OKX reached out on LinkedIn for a role and guided me through three to four rounds of interviews. Each round required time, preparation, and coordination—which, of course, i happily invest.
After completing the process, the communication strategy became… impressively minimal. No update, no feedback, not even a generic rejection email. Truly a masterclass in ghosting.
It’s interesting how companies emphasize professionalism and candidate experience during interviews, but seem to forget that basic courtesy—like closing the loop—goes both ways.
I suppose silence is also a form of feedback.
