After reading some of the comments here, I would definitely agree that the interview process is one of the worst that i have gone through. I went through 3 interviews:first with the recruiter and then the 2nd and 3rd interview with 2 team leaders. I was told that I was going to have another interview with the director but then i kind of got ghosted by the recruiter where i had to follow up just to get an answer. Initially, i was told that there was a delay and then i’d be informed in the following week. A week passed by and I had to follow up again and was told that they were focusing on other positions at that time. Then, there was just silence. I had to follow up with the recruiter and did not get an answer until after Christmas where i was told that I was not shortlisted. Basically, they could have told me earlier instead of dragging it out and giving false hope. Bottomline, the whole process left a sour taste in my mouth.
