Interview
The interview process originally was slated to feature 3 rounds, following a take-home assignment (technical assessment) which was a UX case study for the role I applied to. The first round was with senior designers from different teams that were hiring, and the second round was with design leads from various offices around the globe. The final round was cancelled and they had sent an offer by then.
There was an open house event that was held after passing the take-home assignment but before all of the interviews, to give us an insight of what the Supernova program is about.
It wasn't explicitly mentioned, but it was important to have a decent fluency in Mandarin as the interviewers were more comfortable and found it easier to understand me that way.

Question 1
Take us through the proposed solution you came up with in your UX case study (technical assessment).
Virtual interview was done for about 1 hour. The hiring manager looked very tired and did not seem interested to engage but she was nice to let me know that even if I do or do not proceed to the next round, the HR person will inform me about it
English at the beginning for the HR screening round, but require to speak mandarin in the following rounds, and salary is low and required to relocate to hong kong without any support

I had an initial call with HR, followed by a project showcase session with team members from different organizations, where I presented my case study and explained my design process to the group.
