They will ask you to spend more than 2 weeks doing a written assessment to improve their product and present your result to the team even before the interview and get free labor at no cost. They will ask dozens of people to help them do the project for free, and end up offering to only one person, wasting a lot of time and completely disrespecting the applicant. DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR TIME FOR THEM!

Basically go through the resume and project experience, including some technical and behavioral questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict with stakeholders. How did you handle it?", "Can you introduce an option pricing method?"
Good interview process, Initial rounds were friendly conversations for me to share my experience. Eventual senior person could not speak English, But eventually after getting to the final round, was not clear why I did not get the job
