I was approached directly by their in-house recruiter and did three interviews: 1. HR Interview 2. Department Head/Director Interview 3. Peer Interviews The process lasted two weeks and the interviews were straightforward, without any assessments. They took place just before Christmas and I awaited a response for a few weeks, then followed up several times before being notified that they had frozen the hiring for the position. I would have appreciated being notified proactively rather than having to chase, especially because the interviews happened so quickly. All the interviewers were friendly and I appreciated the conversations with them.
