It starts with HR call to understand experience and fit, then met with hiring manager and a teammate (got to understand about the team and what they are working on, however the team is still pretty new, so expectations of the role seemed fluid), then with the team lead (interviewer spoke in chinese most of the time, but was okay with me speaking in English and could understand well), and after that a bring-home assignment.

Good interview process, Initial rounds were friendly conversations for me to share my experience. Eventual senior person could not speak English, But eventually after getting to the final round, was not clear why I did not get the job
