Communication throughout process was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Recruiters do not respond to emails, I wanted to send a thank you email to my interviewer and got left on read. Recruiter rushed me to interview next day even though I mentioned I would have to take interview from my current employers office and would be in business casual clothing. He said he would let person I was meeting with aware, he did not. Was told I was being moved into the second phase of the interview process, had an interviewed scheduled until It was randomly cancelled an hour later and I was told “due to changes on their end they weren’t moving forward with me”. Honestly incredibly frustrating experience and maybe shows a glimpse into the culture.
