OKG Sales interview questions

My recent interview experience with OKG for a Sales and Business Development position was unfortunately disappointing. The process felt overly rushed and impersonal, with very limited engagement from the recruiter. From the start, the interaction gave the impression of being just one among hundreds of applicants, rather than a valued professional being genuinely considered for a strategic role. The recruiter showed little curiosity, motivation, or emotional connection, and there was no meaningful discussion about my background, achievements, or potential contribution to OKG’s business objectives. Overall, the experience lacked the human touch and professional depth expected from a company seeking senior sales talent. It conveyed an impression of speed over substance, and did not reflect the level of relationship-building or respect that strong candidates bring to such a process.
