Ich erhielt zwei Monate nach meiner Bewerbung eine Einladung zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch. Der Prozess war dann relativ schnell und sehr einfach. Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand mit einem anderen Team statt als dem, bei dem ich mich beworben hatte.

- Was wissen Sie über das Unternehmen und seine Arbeit?
Vorstellungsgespräch mit direktem Vorgesetztem nach wenigen Tagen direkt vor Ort. Gespräch hat auf Sprachkenntnisse und vorherige Erfahrung abgezielt. Atmosphäre war angenehm, wenn auch für einen Praktiakanten vielleicht ungewohnt, da man davon ausgehen sollte, dass Praktikanten noch wenig Erfahrung haben und vielleicht von einem Corporate Umfeld zuerst überwältigt sind.

There was a single one on one interview. It was non technical and mostly asking questions about myself. They seemed to like that I was originally from New Plymouth and also were keen to get people into the oil and gas industry in New Zealand
