Interview
There interview process is the most impersonal interview I have ever experienced. I was very excited to apply and be contacted by recruiter for an interview. The interview process was all online, they sent over a link that took you to a portal where you would be presented a question and have to answer record your answer via video. After 5-6 questions you submit your application. It allows for you to repeat each question twice. My experiment was not great as the system failed and I missed two questions. I tried to contact the recruiter and submit a help case on the portal and did not hear anything back. During this, I kept getting text that the interview is due ASAP.

Interview
I had the worst interview experience here than I’ve ever had in my career, I’ve never post a review, but I wanted to let everybody know. They offered me an interview for this role through this HireVue process, which turned out to be a system where there is a series of questions it ask you, and you record your answer through video. As I got into the interview I started having technical difficulties, whether it was the interview system or my camera I’m not sure. I’m an IT professional so I’m fairly tech savvy. The screen went blank on the first question, and the second one the video turned off as I was answering the question. I tried to email and call the support line, and the recruiter at OneOK to report the issue and attempt a redo and I never could get a response. I finally got a email about a week or so after saying I wasn’t picked for the position. I was really excited to interview at ONEOK and this experience was not what I was hoping for.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ONEOK (Stillwater, OK) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy and casual. There's only one interview and for college recruits it seems like those are mostly held on your university's campus. There were two interviewers, one primarily asked questions while the other took notes.
Both interviewers were very friendly and kind. They asked a lot of questions and left some time at the end for me to ask any questions from them. It all seemed pretty casual and easy.
It took about three weeks to hear back from them after the interview.
