Lengthy process...multiple hoops to jump through. I was recruited directly and had a pre-screen interview where I shared my resume. I had a 2nd phone call with the recruiter where I was asked to submit an application through their portal even though I had been recruited, pre-screened, and they already had my resume... The application process took me about 2 hours... The recruiter and I had multiple touch points through LinkedIn. I got the feeling I was a top candidate for this role and based on feedback I received, they were very interested in interviewing me. I was finally asked to interview, but it's a 10 minute video interview where I'm supposed to record myself answering a few questions on a platform called "HireVue". If I didn't already have a verbal offer on something else I would have had to jump through more hoops before ever getting to interview with the hiring manager.
