I answered an add online and was contacted by Opex's HR manager who then gave me a short phone interview. Within a day I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. It turned out to be 4 hour interview which is pretty standard for this type of position. In addition to the department manager, I was interviewed by a panel of 3 Engineers/Designers. Near the end of the interview I was given a printed test to determine if I was well versed in standard engineering practices.
