The hiring process was smooth and questions asked during panel interview were relevant and pertinent to the job requirements. Hiring process consisted of two interviews, a screening with a Human Resources department staff member and a final panel interview with the nurse manager.

Phone interview, followed by in person meeting with management. When meeting with the manager they conducted peer interviews with staff members. After the interview, HR called with an offer including salary, benefits, PTO, and sick time.
