I spoke with someone from HR for my interview and it took about 15-20 minutes. I thought the questions were pretty simple and straightforward. They asked maybe around 5 questions and gave me a time that I should expect to hear back from them.

10 minute phone interview with HR, fairy easy questions, why you want to work there, why you went into nursing, describe a time of conflict, professional goals you had, etc. Got a call about a month later offering the job
